This customizable Women's Well-being Workshop is for busy women professionals who need a calming moment in which they can gain connection, clarity, and confidence for decision-making within their personal and professional lives.
These workshops are available for small groups of friends, colleagues, and collaborators.
During 90 minutes, participants:
- engage in a relaxation meditation during which they connect to their inner wisdom and the comforting energy of the group;
- learn breathing techniques that quickly calm the nervous system and reset mindsets;
- utilize creative expression (e.g., drawing, journaling, and/or painting) for unveiling and processing thoughts, emotions, and patterns;
- identify motivating statements that capture driving desires; and
- reflect to themselves and/or group members in response to prompts related to each area of whole health (i.e., emotional, mental, physical, social, financial, and spiritual health).
Each participant receives a customizable Checklist for Calm Clarity, along with personalized tools and treats based on the nature of the workshop.
